Use of the Service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use Mulak only for lawful property-management purposes.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts’ data, disrupt operation, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Disclaimer & Liability
Mulak is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
