Delete Your Mulak Account

There are two ways to delete your account. In the app: open Settings, choose Delete all data, and confirm. By email: write to admin@mulak.app from the email address on your account, and we will action the request within 30 days.

Your account and profile, all buildings and units, all tenant records, all cheque and payment schedule records, uploaded documents, and AI conversation history.

Transaction and invoice records are kept for up to 7 years where required by UAE tax and accounting law. These are retained in financial records only and are not linked to an active account.

Active data is permanently removed within 30 days of a verified request. Backups are purged within a further 30 days.
